Mario Moscatelli is a biologist, master in ecology, specialist in coastal ecosystem management and recovery. Responsible for the recovery of mangroves in the Fundão channel, Gramacho landfill, Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and Jacarepaguá lagoon system. He is also responsible for the “Olho no Verde” project, which monitors an area of ten thousand square kilometers of Atlantic Forest.
